Email 的來源會有很高機會為:[email protected],因為這是處理購買 Lifemiles 相關 Issue 的帳號。另外哥倫比亞與台灣有 13 小時的時差,通常我們的白天是他們的深夜。

I am writing to report that I am currently unable to log in to my account (Frequent Traveler Number: <你的會員編號>), receiving Error Code 10990.

Additionally, I received an email from < 請根據你所收到來自於 avianca 的 email > claiming there was risk-related behavior and requesting my credit card details, phone number, and a copy of my ID.

Could you please confirm the following:

Is this email legitimate or a fraud attempt?
What is the reason for Error Code 10990, and how can I restore access to my account securely?

成立案號後,一般來說直接在該封由 lifemiles 寄來的信件下回覆就好。護照要有完整兩面 (簽名和個人資訊都要有)加上 ONLY FOR AVIANCA VERIFICATION 並馬賽克不必要的個資
