截至 2026 年的 10 月初，若透過中華電信的 FTTH 對外連線到 github, twitter (x), discord 平台，都有一定機率出現下載速度過慢的狀況。這邊提供 github 上存在已久的大型測試檔案 1.95GB，再搭配 Cloudflare 的 WARP 就可回復到既有的高速下載。

使用免費版本就可以了。

release-assets / raw 等 github 網域，DNS 常會分配到 Fastly 新加坡，這段的速度非常之慢。透過 WARP，就可繞過這個限制：把封包透過 Cloudflare 台北的機房，轉送到 Fastly 的香港或是東京節點，速度會快非常多
